A positive affirmation is a statement, mantra or simple yet effective word, linked to a personal goal or aim in life.

When repeated daily, over a period of time, they can have a profound effect on our life, creating a belief deep in our subconscious that the statement is true. During lockdown I made a conscious decision to refocus my thoughts towards more positive vibes, which then inspired our collection of handmade sterling silver affirmation bar bracelets….
