Our studio & fully equipped workshop is based in Consett, County Durham, England. Once an appointment has been made, we will confirm our full address, along with detailed directions. 

Opening Times & Appointments: 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:30am-4.30pm (closed for lunch between 12pm – 1pm)

Wednesday 9.30am – 12pm

Appointments are free of charge and there is no obligation.  If you are planning a visit, please book an appointment in advance, we are unable to accept drop-ins as our days are usually full up with pre-booked appointments & ongoing repairs & orders.

If you don’t see an appointment time that suits you on our booking form, please contact us directly to arrange a special out-of-hours time slot, just drop us a message below or send us a WhatsApp message to arrange this.

In Person Appointments (Approx 5-20min long) Please let us know in advance if this is for a memorial commission or for a group so we can make the necessary arrangements and allow more time in the diary.

Collection Appointment Only (Approx 5min) To help make your collection quick and hassle free, we kindly ask that any outstanding payments are completed in advance of collection. Please only use this option to collect repairs & orders.
