Our studio & fully equipped workshop is based in Consett, County Durham, England. Please contact us directly, for our address.
Opening Times & Appointments. We work Monday to Friday: 10am-4.30pm, closing at 12 noon every Wednesday. If you struggle to visit us during these times, out of hours appointments can be arranged. Appointments are free of charge and there is no obligation.
If you don’t see an appointment time that suits you on our booking form, please contact us directly to arrange a special out-of-hours time slot, just drop us a message below or send us a WhatsApp message to arrange this.
If you’re running late or get lost, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you.
In Person Appointments (Approx 5-20min long). Please let us know in advance if this is for a memorial commission or for a group so we can make the necessary arrangements and allow more time in the diary.
Collection Appointment Only (Approx 5min). To help make your collection quick and hassle free, we kindly ask that any outstanding payments are completed in advance of collection. Please only use this option to collect repairs & orders.
