 Do you size rings?

Yes, we can resize your rings to ensure the perfect fit. We can supply the gold needed, or we can use any unused gold you might have at home to do the job.

Do you repair jewellery?

Yes! We handle all types of jewellery repair, please get in-touch to arrange an appointment for a no obligation free estimate.

Do you offer a Rhodium plating service?

Yes, we do this every Thursday, for a same day service please book in Thursday morning & your rings will be ready to collect from 3pm the same day.  Prices start from £40 per item.

Is there any risk when repairing / remodelling jewellery?

While we take every possible care, some repairs and remodels, especially to older or delicate pieces can carry inherent risks. We’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Do you remodel jewellery?

Yes, we can transform your old or sentimental pieces into something new and unique.

 Do you buy scrap gold & silver?

Yes, we do! Please get in touch to arrange an appointment, bring your unwanted gold to us and well offer you a price.

Do you have a shop?

No, we work by appointment only, to provide a personalised experience. Our studio & fully equipped workshop is based in Consett, County Durham, England. Please contact us directly, for our address.

Do you cut rings off?

Yes, we can safely remove rings when necessary. Which we can also resize once any swelling has calmed down.

 Do you clean jewellery?

Yes, we can professionally clean and restore the sparkle to your pieces.

Do you repair watches, service watches & replace watch batteries?

Yes, most batteries we can do in-house & we use an excellent watch repairer to ensure your timepieces are in expert hands.

Can you source a particular piece of jewellery for me/work within my budget?

Yes, we can help find the perfect piece for you, including new, secondhand or bespoke made.

Do you offer valuations?

Yes, we can provide quick verbal valuations, written valuations for insurance or personal purposes.

Do you create memorial jewellery?

Yes, we specialise in bespoke memorial jewellery which includes the insertion of cremation ashes, we have a small online collection, to view and order from our website.

Do you engrave jewellery?

Yes, but only on pieces we’ve made/supplied.

Do you offer permanent jewellery?

Yes, we offer a bespoke service, and stock a wide range of sterling silver & rolled gold charms & chains to choose from. 9ct solid gold is also available.

How long do repairs or bespoke pieces take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the work required. Simple repairs can often be completed within 3-7 days, while bespoke or remodelled pieces typically take 3-8 weeks. We’ll always try to meet your deadline & provide a clear timeframe before work begins.

How much do repairs or bespoke pieces cost?

Every piece is different, so prices vary depending on materials and complexity of the repair/design. We offer a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins.

Do you require a deposit for bespoke work?

Yes, usually a 30% deposit is required before bespoke work begins, with the balance payable upon completion.
